J S Parker Limited North East (JSP Ltd), part of the Active Care Group’s (ACG) case management division, have been awarded “Outstanding” by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The CQC is the health and social care regulator in the UK and Outstanding is the highest rating they bestow. Areas inspected include, safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and well lead staff.

JSP Ltd provide specialist brain and spinal injury case management and rehabilitation services. They oversee a range of cases from across the Midlands, North East England, Wales and Scotland.

This is the third CQC Outstanding rating the group have received in the past year. Jane Lewis, part of the ACG recruitment division, was awarded in March 2019 with Anglia Case Management receiving the same accreditation in November 2019.
