A case management business within Active Assistance’s portfolio was recently rated “Outstanding” by the care quality commission (CQC) in its first inspection. “Outstanding” ratings by the CQC are difficult to achieve with only a small percentage of businesses receiving this accolade per year, achieving this level of service on the first inspection is a yet larger feat. The business was rated Outstanding in three of the five criteria, recognition of the team’s hard work.

The business helps patients throughout the care pathway from initial diagnosis onward by facilitating and negotiating care packages which deliver high levels of support and rehabilitation. Case management businesses are vital in the coordination of high quality care and achieving good levels of post injury rehabilitation.

Oliver Harris, CEO, Montreux Capital Management (UK) stated: “We are very pleased to see another business achieve such a high standard, our approach is to always place quality first and achieving these ratings gives weight to that strategy. We hope this will be amongst many other Outstanding ratings we attain this year”.
