The Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) Rebuilding Lives Awards recognises the outstanding achievements of individuals and groups in the spinal cord injured community, who inspire others through their work or hobbies, or during their rehabilitation.
Michael McIntyre who has been working for the Active Care Group for the past twelve years has been shortlisted in the Carer of the Year Award category. This award is presented to an outstanding paid or unpaid carer working in the community or care home setting who has made a significant difference to spinal cord injured people and the SCI community.
Montreux Capital Management’s CEO, Oliver Harris said: “Congratulations to Michael on being short-listed for this award. After 12 years with The Active Care Group, it’s great to see front line staff getting the recognition they deserve.”
The SIA sixth annual awards ceremony will be taking place on 11 July 2019 at the Williams Conference Centre.
