Anglia Case Management (ACM) has been re-awarded an accreditation by Investor’s in People (IIP) following a recent assessment which included staff surveys and interviews. ACM were initially awarded their IIP status back in 2012 and it is reviewed every three years.

IIP is an independent organisation that benchmarks management performance and staff development across UK businesses. There are four key areas reviewed when IIP carry out their assessment for accreditation which include: Leading, Supporting, Improving and Organisation Ambition.

The report particularly highlighted the person centric approach ACM take when it comes to staff development, feedback and working culture.
