Following the recent acquisition of The Christchurch Group, The Active Care Group (ACG) has seen a significant increase in employees nationwide.
As a result, ACG have launched an Employee Forum (EF) as an effective method of communication between staff, where individuals can put themselves forward as an EF representative. Once established, employees and their representatives can arrange regular meet ups and develop ideas on how the business can effectively build staff networks.
Alongside this Remeo Healthcare and Jane Lewis International, which each form part of The ACG ventilated and staffing divisions respectively, have collaborated in a recruitment drive for international nurses. These recruits will form part of the nursing team at the Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre in Surrey. The first induction phase will be an intensive training programme at Guys and St Thomas’ Foundation Trust London, followed by their Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) in early Spring.
Oliver Harris, CEO of Montreux Capital Management (UK), said: “The recruitment and development of talented and enthusiastic staff is an essential aspect of ACG’s strategy. Launching an Employee Forum is emblematic of the proactive approach we expect from The Active Care Group’s senior management team.”
